It was my pleasure to meet Rancier Matos when I embarked on my mission to purchase a 2025 CRV. I had two older model CRV's that I was trading in. There was one CRV available for a test drive, which we dr on my mission to purchase a 2025 CRV. I had two older model CRV's that I was trading in. There was one CRV available for a test drive, which we drove to my house so we could pick up the second car for trade-in appraisal. Rancier was very accommodating in facilitating this process. I bought a car in the past and it was an awful experience from start to finish. I felt like the entire place was deceptive. The process at Herb Chambers was so easy. I had to bring my daughters along as I am a single parent. Brad made sure we were all taken care of from the water to the snacks & even offering up Advil when I mentioned I had a headache. The repair department is fantastic! !! Very knowledgeable, professional, and understanding. Can’t say the same for sales. Disappointed in the lack of customer service. I’ve purchased !! I’ve purchased 4 cars for family members and have been a customer for over 15 years. Unfortunately in this most recent visit, after my car unexpectedly died, we looked into purchasing another Pilot. We felt pressured to make a quick decision, take on a lease which we had never done, and sign before we were ready. We needed a few days to work out the financing, but the sales manager reneged on the car we put a deposit on. The dealership took themselves off the table. In the end, we decided to buy a new Kia Telluride outright. Looking forward to its arrival. More
