I am no stranger to car dealerships and have experienced all sorts of highs and lows in the buying process over the years. My search for the perfect Mini was made so much easier by Lauren. She was able to narrow down the perfect one and was super patient when I kept changing my mind about which roof color I wanted to go with. When all was said and done with the car choice, I traded my 2022 Ford Bronco in for the perfect 2025 Mini Cooper S. Lauren and her team made the process of trading the Bronco easy and went above and beyond to get me a really fair trade in value. I work in the car business and knew what I hoped to get for it ahead of time. They played zero games and genuinely gave me a very fair offer on the first attempt. It only took about 3 days from first introduction to taking care of my Mini, so if you aren't looking to waste time going back and forth, back and forth, I definitely think Mini of Allentown is the place to go. On the day of delivery, the Mini team had my car waiting inside and even had a little sign on the front door to welcome and congratulate me. What a nice touch! After an introduction to the car from Lauren, Brian Amill, the business manager, came out to take me through the paperwork. He was funny, friendly, courteous and very transparent with my options for warranties and extra products. He wasn't pushy. He let me guide my own way through the process. All said and done, I was in and out in under an hour. Lauren took the time to sit in the car with me to show off some of her favorite features and happily answered every question I had. She was also very prompt with follow-up questions I had in the days after the sale. Lauren and Brian are standouts in the automotive world. They are passionate about their careers and the vehicles they stand behind, and it truly shows. A+, 5/5, 100+. I am so happy I went with Mini of Allentown for my big purchase! Thank you so much! Purchasing my new MINI from Lauren at MINI of Allentown was a fantastic experience! Her enthusiasm and knowledge of cars was refreshing. What can I say about how our recent purchase went that can’t speak for itself? This makes #6 MINI we have gotten from ours salesperson Matt. Since my 1st about 7 years ago I have always told anyone that w can’t speak for itself? This makes #6 MINI we have gotten from ours salesperson Matt. Since my 1st about 7 years ago I have always told anyone that will listen to me that if we moved to Alaska I would fly back to here to buy one and drive it back. The only downside to that is I would not be able to come back for service at MOA. Every step taken to make my wife’s purchase of her 2022 Countryman was as smooth as glass. There was zero pressure, anyone that has dealt with dealership knows that is very unique, and just that by itself makes you want to return. Having been to many dealerships over my many years I can say it will be hard to find a place as clean and welcoming as it is here. Every person you may talk to will treat you as an old friend. But to go back to my prior point, 6 MINIs from this dealership (and our best will be here also) should tell you what you are dealing with here, and anyone that I have spoken to are the same as us, numerous from here and won’t be their last either. I will end it here because I will just continue to repeat myself. More
