Christian Rodemich, the Vehicle Concierge, assisted us on the many features of the Outback and answered our questions no matter how large or small. Chris was always pleasant and accomodating when we returned with our previous Subaru for servicing and kept us up to date on efforts to correct any issues. He made sure a loaner vehicle was always available to us when needed. Dan became personally involved on a repair of our previous Subaru. He gave us multiple updates on the service departments efforts, and made sure that the repairs were completed and that the car was returned to us in great operating condition. Mark was a pleasure to work with as well. He contacted us personally when we were considering a new purchase and negotiated a generous trade in allowance on our previous Subaru. More
