No issues with Lauren or John. Was very upset & disappointed on trade in value. I had done my research. I had offers from AutoNation & carMax which were substantial higher than my Was very upset & disappointed on trade in value. I had done my research. I had offers from AutoNation & carMax which were substantial higher than my offer from Lexus. Really put a damper on my excitement of buying a new car. More
