This is the worst dealership in history one of the managers refused to fix my ac less than 24hrs after I bought my Tacoma and I was delivered the vehicle I paid for in cash with failing brakes and nee managers refused to fix my ac less than 24hrs after I bought my Tacoma and I was delivered the vehicle I paid for in cash with failing brakes and needing over 5k in repairs this is how they treat their disabled customers. Cesar Quiroz was the salesman and he assured me the vehicle had good brakes good trans fluid good plugs and had it's 130k all lies not one of those services was ever performed and it's probable because their shop has 0 record of any of these services ever being preformed and I have receipts to prove it because I had to pay for these services myself.I've spent 5 k in four months just to keep it on the road and they are denying any knowledge straight lying and refusing to help. They are 100% scammers! More

The staff were nice. Lauren in office was absolutely great. She kept going back and forth to me and mechanic about all updates on my vehicle. She was so kind and I like how she kept me updated on my vehicle because this was the second time I had to take it there within a few months. Inconvenient but I'm ad that issue got resolved but the other issue I had did not. The mechanic did take it for a test drive and check the whole front end but I still have an issue. There is a clung noise in front but the main issue with rotors was fixed. More

Frank was great to deal with in finance. Rob Halderson really went over the top, above and beyond, in everything else. He was extrememly inviting and friendly, the have a play area for children, and Rob made sure to take care of us on some minor issues/questions i had with the vehicle after we got it home and settled in. Literally drove the vehicle back to my home to personally drop it off and save me a trip. (45min) These guys are an absolute dream to deal with! I only found out that my neighbor's parents have bought their last few vehicles from here after i made my purchase. They love it here too.
