We found the vehicle we wanted to buy online, spoke with Lauren on Saturday about purchasing the car over the phone and waiting until the following Sat to come pick it up since we live 6 1/2 hrs away. Lauren told us she’d need to speak with the manager about waiting to next weekend to pick it up. Sebastian called us back and said they needed to sell the car by Wednesday for end of month and asked us if we could come by Mon-Wed to get it, we said no because of work, but we could do all the paperwork electronically to buy it and then pick it up the next weekend and we’re told we couldn’t buy it without coming in. After some discussion my wife and I figured out how to make it work and texted Lauren that we would be there Monday Morning since they were closed Sunday, to buy the car. She had us fill out the finance application and We rented a hotel room and hopped in our car for a 6 1/2 drive to be there first thing Monday morning. Monday morning called Lauren first thing in the morning and she said she would have the finance guy reach out to us so we’d just need to go in and sign. 3 hrs later I still hadn’t heard from finance guy so left Lauren a message asking for information on when we could finish paperwork, someone else called (not sure who) and said they sold the car and it wasn’t available. Went to the dealership and spoke to Jason, the General Manager, he said he didn’t know how or when the car got sold (between the end of day Saturday when they closed and Monday morning when they opened since they’re closed Sunday), apologized for the error and offered to refund our travel cost. After driving 6 1/2 hrs back home, I emailed Jason receipts for hotel and gas, and in the 9 days since he hasn’t responded to the email or the voicemails I left. Very unethical way to treat someone who drove 13 hours round trip and spent $732 in gas and hotel because they “needed us to come to the dealership ASAP to buy the car”. Shame on us for trusting them, Shame on them for not holding up their word and just ignoring us, it’s unfortunate such shady people exist. More

My situation was streamlined, professional and friendly only due to the efficiency and knowledge of Lauren. She was absolutely attentive to my situation, without the pressure, and made the transaction seamless. It has been indeed a blessing to have been able to work with Lauren, whom receives my highest recommendation. I will return to this dealership with my business in the future because of Lauren's outstanding representation of the Toyota brand and kindness and professionalism to the customer. Thank you! More

I had contacted their sales department on 08/31/2023 in regarding to a vehicle on their website, the gentleman (Brya This dealership is unbelievable. I had contacted their sales department on 08/31/2023 in regarding to a vehicle on their website, the gentleman (Bryan) told me he could hold the car until Saturday if I had submitted a credit application and was approved… I got a call from Quinn, a saleswoman telling me I was approved, but needed to come in tonight as they don’t hold cars… she stated she would get a manager involved to try to hold the car, that’s where Pete comes into play. He sold the car from out under me after running my credit under false pretenses and was cocky about it. I have filed a report of fraud against the dealership, I strongly do not advise anyone to purchase anything from them. They sent my credit profile to 10 banks only to not hold a car for 2 days after promising to do so… I can’t believe their level of unprofessionalism… it’s truly astounding with the level of arrogance I have encountered with my interactions at this dealership. I strongly recommend Faulkner, they are a breeze to deal with! More
