Every time I have gone to Starling, I have had a great experience. Everyone has been helpful from Jack Hine who sold me my car to the service advisors, including Laura Williams. Paid cash for parts then didn’t have the repair done, Laura informed me to return the parts at the parts department, although I paid cash for them, they couldn’t refund me and have to write me a check, s Laura informed me to return the parts at the parts department, although I paid cash for them, they couldn’t refund me and have to write me a check, said accounting wasn’t available on Friday and that they would call me Monday morning. Never received it call on Monday so I reached out and spoke to Cade in the parts department upon speaking to Cade he had no clue when the check should be ready for pickup or any idea of a eta. Wow what a hassle to return parts. More

Ongoing issue since 2024 Denali 1500 was 4 months old. It is now 20 months old. Paint on front bumper chipping. Dozens of new chips every few months. Only 16000 miles. No off road driving. This is not normal wear for driving on Florida roadways. Dealer claims normal wear will not address issue. More
