First time I got out of there in less than 2 hours for an oil change - no rotation as I get that at Costco for free. What I don’t like is the technician not reviewing my service history before making recomm oil change - no rotation as I get that at Costco for free. What I don’t like is the technician not reviewing my service history before making recommendations. He recommended I do a coolant flush (reasonable at 98k miles), but he do so without see that I had that done at about 75k miles at the dealership. Someone should cross reference the technicians recommendation with service records before approaching the customer. More
