My wife and I have been taking our BMWs to Flemington BMW for over 20 years and they have always provided excellent service. This last time was an exception, but Laura Varga did an excellent job in resolving for over 20 years and they have always provided excellent service. This last time was an exception, but Laura Varga did an excellent job in resolving the problem. The technician had forgotten to reconnect the water pump after implementing the repair required by the recall. As a result, after we drove the car for a few miles, to an appointment it overheated. After our appointment, it seemed the issue had resolved itself, but it had not, and the car overheated again. Fearing damage to the engine, we pulled over into a parking lot and called Flemington BMW, but the service department was already closed. So, I texted Laura Varga. Long story short, she managed to get it fixed the next day and even offered to reimburse us for the Uber ride required to get us home from the parking lot. More
