My first experience with flemington bmw was great-not only was they able to quickly service my car but also accommodate me with a loaner until the service was done-I didn’t come in with the best mood but only was they able to quickly service my car but also accommodate me with a loaner until the service was done-I didn’t come in with the best mood but was greated/treated nicely by the receptionist at the front desk as well as Laura who took care of everything-Laura was very warming and polite and I was promptly on my way with no issues More

The service was great by the entire team. Thank you to Laura, who provided updates on my car, explaining what was going on and what they were doing (I am not too knowledgeable about cars, so Thank you to Laura, who provided updates on my car, explaining what was going on and what they were doing (I am not too knowledgeable about cars, so this was extra appreciated). Laura even shared an (accurate) estimate on timing. I appreciate the transparency. The follow-up communication was also appreciated. I had asked a question after on something that I had forgot to mention before leaving the car for service - it turns out, they go through a VERY detailed inspection of the car, which included what I had forgot to ask. They know my car’s needs better than I do! A note - BMW also pays attention to recalls and notified me about a recent part that was recalled. I had no idea! Thank you! Laura and team go above and beyond and I am very grateful that they take of my car (I even gave my car a name). I spend a lot of time on the road, so this is very important to me. Thanks again and I know where to go for everything I need, and who to ask - Laura at Flemington BMW. More
