I had a fantastic experience with Flemington BMW. I was in the process of traveling from Florida to Massachusetts with my 2 dogs in the car when I hit a pothole on I-78 and blew a tire. I determined that Flemington BMW was the closest dealership and gave them a call. Nathan could not have been nicer. The service department was closed, so he worked with me to determine my options, get the car to the dealership and set appropriate expectations surrounding cost and when it would be ready. His actions turned a very stressful situation into a positive one. Laura reached out first thing in the morning when the service department opened up, and again, couldn't have been nicer. She also managed to fit in the scheduled maintenance that the car required in addition to having the tire replaced to I didn't have to manage the maintenance once I got home. The car was ready to go by lunchtime! I am not a regular customer of this dealership and still they provided top notch service. 5 stars! More

Laura V is a true professional who is both knowledgeable and courteous. Laura was assigned as my Service Advisor and was extremely helpful. Scheduled vehicle for an oil change and then rear brake pad sensor alerted for replacement + cabin filter change. Laura had parts waiting and got all three items done in under 2.5 hours!!! Laura is amazing and not only keeps me up to date on the status of the repair, but also was able to hook me up with a great rental for the day that was fun to drive.
