Laura is a service advisor I genuinely trust. She consistently looks out for her clients and clearly cares about making sure you leave satisfied with both the service and the experience. She’s also very easy to reach and responsive whenever questions come up. What I appreciate most is how clearly she explains anything the vehicle might need. She does a great job breaking down what’s urgent versus what can wait, which makes it much easier to prioritize the right services for the car without feeling pressured. That level of transparency and communication goes a long way, and it’s the reason I’m always comfortable working with her. More

Laura is a fantastic service advisor. I've felt like a valued customer since I stepped foot in this dealership for service purposes only. With thorough explanations as to what's going on, I've felt like a valued customer since I stepped foot in this dealership for service purposes only. With thorough explanations as to what's going on, to flexibility on loaners, the service team is on a roll with keeping their customers happy. I had an issue with paint and the team went above and beyond helping me out. I do wish I had purchased my vehicle here purely based on how the front desk, receptionists, technicians and service advisor (Laura & Debbie) all treat me. We recently purchased our fifth vehicle (4 CPO and 1 new) from Flemington BMW. Each purchase was a pleasurable experience. Agata was our salesperson for all. She is exceptional in her knowledge of the BMW li from Flemington BMW. Each purchase was a pleasurable experience. Agata was our salesperson for all. She is exceptional in her knowledge of the BMW lineup. Completely professional and transparent in her handling of our purchases. John was very fair in evaluating our trade-ins. And Flemington does not add any unnecessary "dealership products" to their CPO vehicles to inflate their prices. Noha and Cathy were great in handling our financing and closings. We also service our cars only at Flemington BMW, and Jim/Laura and the reception staff are also a pleasure to work with. Their ability to pick up/drop off your car at home for service is a game changer. Truly a great experience each time we visit Flemington BMW. Thank you. More
