Great I would like to comment on the outstanding customer service received by Laura, Government Sales, Here at Hillsborough County Fleet, I have interfaced I would like to comment on the outstanding customer service received by Laura, Government Sales, Here at Hillsborough County Fleet, I have interfaced with countless sales representatives from multiple dealers during my employment. Without a doubt, Laura has been the best sales person we have dealt with in many years. From our first call to her, she was professional and responded to us quickly regarding a trucks we were interested in. She worked well into the evening with Jacob and I to discuss our needs and quickly followed through with a video showing exactly what we wanted in a truck that was in stock at the dealership. She had the integrity we were looking for in a sales person and it was worth our while. Everything she did was honest, straight forward and he delivered on our expectations, right through to the delivery of our shiny, new Ford Truck as well as subsequent follow-up to ensure we were happy customers. We sincerely hope the dealership will work to hire more employees like Laura to represent the excellence of Ford. More
