Granted, we're on vacation and I was dressed for us to go see the sights, but if that's the reason your sales people "walk right past" a potential sale, it's ridiculous. I will not shop at ANY Ferman dealership EVER! I've already relayed my experience to our relatives in Brandon, and I hope they pass it on. I was not surprised when one of them told me the owner has played an outsized role in trying to eliminate Florida's black bears too! More

I really appreciated the eagerness to get me in a car. A couple months went by and I was unsure of which car I wanted. Each time I changed my mind, Dan tried to find what I was looking for. The consistent follow ups from Dan are the primary reason I decided on this dealership. Once following through with the purchase, I worked with Dominic.
