I purchased a 2021 Tundra in January of 2021, I had an issue with the bed liner and I initially spoke with. the sales person about it and she told me to wait for the hot weather to see if it works itself issue with the bed liner and I initially spoke with. the sales person about it and she told me to wait for the hot weather to see if it works itself out, that never happen. I called and left at least two message for her (Laura Patton), she never returned my calls. I ended up resolving the issue open my own. Additionally the service department is the worse I have ever had to experience, each time you have a normal service done, you get their early appointment and it takes over two hours for service. Today a tire rotation took 90 mins and they never reset the maintenance alert or put a sticker on. This dealership is terrible!! More

Outstanding sales & financing! After a very disappointing visit with Freehold Toyota, I met with Laura Patton & purchased a Camry here with no hassles. Asked for best price and was confident that I was at or visit with Freehold Toyota, I met with Laura Patton & purchased a Camry here with no hassles. Asked for best price and was confident that I was at or close to it based on on-line price reviews. The financing dept was also a breeze. The finance rep advised me that due to the large down payment I was making. that I would come out ahead with their regular 5 yr financing instead of the 5yr / 0% offer I had wanted, due to a promotional rebate on car. I did the math and was surprised - I never would have thought of that. He suggested paying more per month as the more I pay the more of the rebate I get to keep. Again, great advice. More

Greasy, Deceitful, Horrible Managers The managers at Galaxy define arrogant, slimy and misleading. The "hidden cost" agenda blew my mind. Then to have my character questioned when pointing out a problem I noticed when bringing the truck home, thinking they would be honorable didn't happen but to then suggest I am lying is outright disgusting. However, Laura in Sales and Erica in Service were terrific. Too bad they can't function with managers who won't let them serve customers. What a shame. More
