Kevin knew his product thoroughly. He had an immediate answer for all of my questions. I came to Delaware Subaru (70 miles from home) because you had the car I wanted, offered at a reasonable price. When I got there, I was impressed with process. I would buy another car here again. I had a phone call with Jon about ordering a new Impreza on Wednesday 09/7/22. He stated he would call/text me back that day after putting a few finance offers together and after speaking to his appraiser a on Wednesday 09/7/22. He stated he would call/text me back that day after putting a few finance offers together and after speaking to his appraiser about my trade in. I never heard back from him. I then followed up two days later (09/09) and was told he was with a customer and I had to leave my name and number with the girl that answered the phone, he didn't return that call. . . I tried to give him the benefit of doubt so, I then called once again the following day (09/10) to only be told he was with a customer yet again and that I had to leave my name and number AGAIN (for the 2nd time) and he would call me back that day. I never heard back from Jon. I was going to try another salesperson but was trying to give Jon the benefit of the doubt and didn't want to give his sale to someone else. I had such a bad taste in my mouth from the lack of communication coming from such an esteemed dealer that I ended up purchasing my new vehicle elsewhere the following day from an automaker brand not Subaru. I did deal with Laura Owens at the dealer and she is the only employee who had any type of professionalism and was quick to communicate. So kudos to you Laura! More

We came to Subaru with 2 cars in mind we wanted to test-drive. Jon was so nice to work with. He was always laid back and never pushy, but when we had questions he was quick to find an answer. When we decided to buy one of the cars, Jon walked us through the whole process; explaining each step, while at the same time he kept things moving. We felt totally comfortable with his service and would highly recommend him and Delaware Subaru to others. More
