I am glad some had a good experience. For me, it was a complete and total letdown on a potential sale. "I'll call you in about ten minutes" has turned into over four hours with me leaving messages. They complete and total letdown on a potential sale. "I'll call you in about ten minutes" has turned into over four hours with me leaving messages. They clearly do/did not care about me and my needs. They need to take customer service lessons from their service department. For used cars, they are definitely not on the level of other dealerships. The day after the fiasco, my wife had her car serviced there. I did not but from them. They tried to use intimidation tactics with my wife to get me to buy the car. There is something seriously wrong with that dealership's sales tactics. I will admit that the sales manager did reach out in apology. I considered it and sent an offer on the vehicle. However, that offer was ignored by the sales staff and the car was sold out from underneath me. To be honest, that was ok as I do not think that I can trust them. The GM did respond later after I submitted a ridiculous offer on a car in order to get his attention. The response seemed canned and insincere. More
