Customer Service was great and all assistance was provided. Was definitely pleased with the overall experience of the staff at Jim Norton since I was not looking forward to the new vehicle purchasing provided. I had Laura help me out with finding my car . I really was nervous having to deal with sales people. But she was actually very honest and not pushy. Not your average sales person . I would definetly recom was nervous having to deal with sales people. But she was actually very honest and not pushy. Not your average sales person .
