We weren’t planning on buying a new truck. But with the dealer incentives and Chevrolet incentives we took a look. I bought my 2018 Chevy Colorado from Nash Chevrolet on a Thursday evening and had problems with the transmission before I got home. I called Nash Chevrolet and they were very nice and asked what I thought t Thursday evening and had problems with the transmission before I got home. I called Nash Chevrolet and they were very nice and asked what I thought the problem seemed to be. I told them what the symptoms were. The sales manager ask if I could drive it back or if I needed to have it towed back to their service department. I drove it back over to the service department and they told me what they thought it was and the way they would fix the problem. They called me back on the following Monday and said my truck was ready to be picked up. I picked it up from the service department and they said it was a problem Chevy was aware of and there wasn’t no charge. This dealership I think went above and beyond to help me and I will definitely buy from them again. The salesman, sales manager and the service manager are top notch. More
