On every self-pay invoice you receive, you will see a nominal miscellaneous charge. This charge varies depending on the service work your vehicle needs because it covers the shop supplies used to complete the work. If you look at your past invoices, 801771 (4/24/2020) and 816566 (10/08/2020), you will see a misc. chg. on each of them.
