I went to this company to have a nail removed from my tire, they went as far as to remove the splash shield and did not put the screws back. As I was driving back home, the Splash shield fell off in the tire, they went as far as to remove the splash shield and did not put the screws back. As I was driving back home, the Splash shield fell off in the middle of the Garden State parkway. The same day they were supposed to order me a replacement for a defective tire inflator for my 2023 Honda Accord. They placed the order and informed me it was on backorder. On January 6th, I received an email that the item was ready to pick up. I drove there to get the new tire inflator. The service advisor pulled out the sealant from the one tire inflator with force, which caused it to leak. He took my car keys from me and went to my car for at least 30 minutes to put the new tire inflator together. He came to grab me and informed me that everything was ready. I asked him if I could test the new inflator to see if it's working properly. I pushed the power button 5-10 seconds after the thing exploded which caused me to be unconscious for at least 15 seconds. The tire inflator cuts my forehead, damage my right ear, damage my eyes, thumb, and pinky finger. It caused me to go to the hospital the same day due to the sealant in my eye, and right ear consistently ringing until now. They propose no solutions I am working with lawyers to take them to court. Another fantastic experience at DCH Honda of Paramus. Ralph was great. I walked in without an appointment battery trouble. They were so busy, but Ralph,service adviser took care of me. On 01/18/2023 I leased a car from DCH Paramus Honda. My experience was beyond amazing. Kay Mercado was my sales person along and finance agent, Jerrod Hurley who were extremely profession Paramus Honda. My experience was beyond amazing. Kay Mercado was my sales person along and finance agent, Jerrod Hurley who were extremely professional, and kind. The process was fast not because I was rushed but because their transparency and professionalism put me at ease. Kay took her time to connect to the things I wanted in the car and was genuinely interested in my wants and concerns about the process. Jerrod was friendly and extremely helpful. He explained the whole process clearly and made us feel calm during a process that in my past lease was less than pleasant. The 5 Stars belong to them two (2). They are the kind of employees every dealership should have. And they are the reason why I would 100% recommend this dealership for car leasing and buying. Sadly, there was an unfortunate part to my experience, this was specifically with the Service Department. The day after I got the car, I tried lowering my back windows, unfortunately they had a horribly loud squishing sound. I called Jerrod and Kay and they were extremely attentive (proof that they are amazing). I went into the dealership and was greeted by Jerrod. The person in the Service Department was refusing to take care of me, according to her because her technicians were gone(lie), she wanted me to leave my car and send me home in an Uber, without even knowing what the problem was, remember, this is a NEW CAR. Only after we spoke to a manager did they bother to look at the car. It was determined that they needed to order a part to resolve the problem (ON A NEW CAR). They said that the part would be in Monday the 23rd. The ONLY call I received one that day and through the whole process from the Service department was on 1/23/2023 asking me to tell them how satisfied did I feel about the work they had done on my car. I told her nothing had been done and that as a matter of fact, I was still waiting to be contacted for the actual service. She then put me on hold to find out what the status was and then rudely told me I had to wait because the parts weren't there. When I asked her what her name was she said “SAM”, and spelled it out, once again rudely. Today 01/28/2023 as I felt frustrated and disappointed because they had still not called me, I called the dealership myself, I was told the part had arrived Saturday and that I needed to make an appointment. She made me the appointment for today @ 930am. I asked how I would get back to work after dropping off the car, she said "I don't know, we do not have shuttle service". I asked to speak to a manager before heading out there, she said no managers were available until 10am. It is funny that she said that because when I got there, FRANK who was very nice(reason why this review went from 1 start to 3), ordered me a Lyft to get to work and one to get back to pick up the car. I think this whole experience in the Service department would have gone better if they would have communicated efficiently and if their team were trained to treat customers with more professionalism and respect. A brand new car should not have to receive this kind of service, I was understanding of the fact that things can happen, but the service department failed in communicating and in empathizing with a customer who in reality has all the right to be upset, and instead was understanding with them. If I would have gone in there rudely and screaming at people, maybe they would have done differently, but because I was calm and waiting they thought that they could take advantage and treat me however they wanted. 100% buy your car here, but get it service somewhere else. More

I had an Excellence Experience with DCH Paramus Honda! All the managers, specialists, and advisors in sales/service/finance department were amazingly trustworthy, polite and attentive to my needs. They went above and beyond with all my questions and concerns. I look forward to working with them again for any sales/service needs. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone! Jerrod, Ray, Laura, and Bill were amazing! Their professional and kind services were the best services I ever received! They helped me resolve all paper work issues and some complications I had in a timely manner and they were always polite and patient all throughout. I could not have taken care of all the required documentations and some challenging tasks without their help. I was in a difficult situation with a BMW I wasn't happy with I always wanted the Type R civic and Diego and his team at DCH Honda made it happen for me. I wanted a new one but they kept insisting on a cert with I always wanted the Type R civic and Diego and his team at DCH Honda made it happen for me. I wanted a new one but they kept insisting on a certified used Type R. This was the mistake of a life time. They probably just wanted the higher commission for the used one. The 2018 Blue Civic Type R was the absolute worst. I had the car with less than 20k miles and after having it for 5 months the car has been in the shop over 6 weeks. Then I called and emailed the manager Laura she asked me to bring the car to them and that they would put me in a loaner. So I made the 3 hour trip to bring the car to them and after having the car for 10 hours they did nothing to the car nor did they supply me with a car to get back home and they never called me for any update i had to wait and call them 3 times to get an update so I could get home.. I'm extremely disappointed in Honda and do yourself a favor and don't get a car here I would not trust them. To make matters worst the front desk is a joke I came here to go over paperwork and there is 5 people at the front desk and all but 1 was on their phone and no one greeted me until I had to speak up. If this is the type of service they are providing they should just shut down. These experiences were over the course of 3 different visits. More
