Laura came over and greeted me personally — she wasn’t like most sales managers that hide at their desks and only come out when there is a problem. My only slight beef is that the car could have been derailed better when I picked it up — I was excited to get the car and didn’t notice the back windows were streaked and dusty until I was on the highway.
