Jenny to service advisor is great. Took my truck in the have the oil changed with my own oil and filter. Called last week and this week to make sure and they said sure. Took my truck today and when I picked it up it was 3 quarts because it's a 6.7 diesel which this one takes 15 quarts. Had to take it back. They left a full gallon in the back seat area. When I went back for them to add the remaining oil, the owner was there and told me we will NOT be doing oil changes with the owner bring there own oil. Plus the owner said I only brought 3 gallons of oil, he was wrong because the people there did say I brought 4 gallons. This is the last time I will go there. So check your oil when you leave, might be low. Jenny the service advisor was great. I would give her a 10. More

Honest truth, I hit a puddle of water in my truck. I took it to aransas autoplex to get serviced because it no longer was turning on. They had it for 3 weeks than returned it to me saying it was fixed I took it to aransas autoplex to get serviced because it no longer was turning on. They had it for 3 weeks than returned it to me saying it was fixed. A day later, I had to return it again. Because during idle it was shaking my whole truck plus it had an error code. They had it for another week. Returned it to me again stating it was fixed. The error code was gone. I assumed it was working. Next morning, truck shaking uncontrollably. I called over there to take it in for the 3rd time. I was told the next appointment is 3 weeks away. Mind you this is 3 thousand dollars later! ! A month before this my truck was in the shop for 3 weeks having multiple issues. 2 thousand dollars later my truck was declared fix "BUT you might want to change out your battery. It's having problems starting". So I went over there with a battery i bought from O'Reillys and installed it myself. The next morning before work. DEAD. Long story short. I replaced the alternator. That was the problem the whole time and that would've fixed all the other problems I took my vehicle over there for. 2k worth of them replacing parts for a $200 part i fixed myself. I am dumbfounded by the lack of professionalism and experience the Service department has. I have spend close to 5k in just 2 months on these people's guessing games. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER GMC AND I DEFINITELY WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THIS ARANSAS AUTOPLEX EVER AGAIN More

Bad experience in the service department but I was treated great by my dealer I only had to look at one car and I was sold the manager also was excellent for taking the time to see why I was crying an treated great by my dealer I only had to look at one car and I was sold the manager also was excellent for taking the time to see why I was crying and got involved and I was then treated with the most respect I am very happy with my new car but worried if I have to go into the service department for any repairs hope I don’t my car is awesome and have recommended them to my fellow worker friends More
