But after the initial reply from Phyllis and a call from Laura I replied back that I would like to exchange as much info as I could through email as I am very busy with work and have accomplished many business transactions using this method. Since then I have heard nothing. No reply emails, no phone calls, no smoke signals, not a word. I have worked sales and customer service for a long time and I am a retail manager. This is Not how you handle customer service. You reply to customer comments and requests in a timely manner and try to assist every person the best you can. If you can't help or have no options available you tell them in stead of just completely ignoring the situation. I do not and will not ever recommend anyone do business with Halleen Kia. More

The Best! I have not bought a car in 12 years, I'm frugal, lol I shopped at many dealerships and no one wanted to give the the time of day. They must of sensed, I was not a buy a car today customer. About my 7th stop, i went to Halleen Kia and met Laura Campbell. She was amazing! She took the time to show me every car on her lot that fit my needs and let me test drive a few to compare. She asked me a lot of questions to figure out what I wanted and told me she thought the Kia Soul fit my needs. I drug it out and probably drove every car on her lot. ( been 12 years) I left, and she followed up with me, respectfully. I came back and bought a Kia Soul! She was right and put me in the perfect car for my needs. Thank you Laura for putting up with me. I will send everyone I know to Laura and Halleen Kia. More

I normally don't write reviews, but in this case I decided to do so because I'm EXTREMELY pleased with the results I got from this dealership; Laura Campbell and Leo Mikityuk, in particular. I bought a used 2005 Mazda Tribute from them back in April, as-is no warranty, that unfortunately had an issue that neither they, nor the mechanic I took it to for inspection before purchase, were able to see. Let me repeat, this was a vehicle without a warranty. Caveat emptor, or so it goes, right? Even so, when I informed them of the problem a couple months later, they were quick to respond to my calls for help. They could have ignored me and told me "too bad so sad," but they went out of their way to ensure that I was happy with my purchase. What does this mean? In the end, * they covered the cost of repairs in FULL. * An as-is, no warranty vehicle, and they covered the cost of repairs in full! Almost everyone I asked for advice on this believed that I would probably not get a dime, given that the car was purchased without warranty. Leo and Laura provided a superior, and surprisingly excellent experience through this entire ordeal. I'm very pleased with this dealer's customer service and would recommend anyone to consider them for their used car purchase. More

I honestly have to say the reason i bought my KIA Soul is because Laura Campbell was my salesperson. She was very knowledgable of the vehicle,there was no pressure on her part to buy the car. I pulled in to the used car lot by mistake (Friday) Laura came out and talked to my sister and I and she answered all the questions I had. We walked in on a Monday morning, with a one year old. Laura greeted us right after we got out of our car. She asked us if there was something we were interested in seeing (new or used)...We said we were Laura greeted us right after we got out of our car. She quickly pulled up informantion I previously filled out online. We were clear early about not having much to put down in advance besides the trade in of our car, so before we even looked at any vehicles, she dug into the financial info, and what they had available that would be the best value for us. Shortly there after, she found a certified pre-owned 2012 Sedona that had just arrived, and that would give us everything we could want in a new mini-van, but with a more affordable price. The whole time this was going on, our one year old daughter was wondering around the show-room with either my wife or myself. The whole staff there was friendly, and more then willing to be accommodating to whatever we or our daughter needed. We went for a test drive, and Laura filled us in on plenty of info about the Sedona. After teh test drive we were sold. Laura then got to work on trying to get us in this Sedona for a price we could handle, and finding the best interest rate she could. Our daughter was getting restless, and needing a nap...My wife was going to go over some more paper work while I took our daughter home...It was discussed that we may have to come back later, after the Sedona had been washed, and given the full Certified Pre-owned treatment...But the staff got right on it, and a hour or so later, my wife pulled in our driveway in our new Sedona. Laura worked hard to get us in the mini-van we wanted/needed. We greatly appreciate it, and we have already recommended her and Halleen Kia to a number of our friends. More

My husband and I both came in to the Kia dealership on March 17th to look at a Kia Sportage we had found on your website. We were lucky enough to have gotten the opportunity to work with Laura. She took us for a test drive and was very knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer all of our questions. We found working with Laura was very pleasant and easy - we were honest with her on what we were looking for, what we could afford and that we didn't want to play games. Laura respected this and was able to get us a deal that we were very pleased with. Not only was Laura easy to work with, she took the extra time to show us how to utilize the features of the car, even helping us set up the bluetooth. She knew we had plans for the day and did everything she could to get us in and out without any hold ups. We loved working with her so much, that just one week later we came back and bought another Sportage from Laura. We will definitely recommend Halleen Kia of North Olmsted and the Kia Sportage to anyone we know...and you have Laura to thank for that! In addition to this, we had our 3 year old daughter with us and because everything went so smooth, she had fun and didn't get bored - hence no meltdowns! I have to say that everyone that came into contact with her was super nice to her and so friendly. We loved that and appreciated it very much! More

I came into this dealer ship to just look. I did not plan on buying a car but Laura Campbell was absolutely the best car sales person that I have ever encountered. She was more than just helpful. She made me feel like she wasn't pushing a car on me like most dealer employees have made me feel in the past. She showed me that she really cared about a reliable vehicle that suited my daughter and myself the best. She also helped me find something that was in my price range and a car that I absolutely love!!
