Excellent As Usual! My recent service appointment at Lexus was excellent. I waited while the service was done and was told it would take one hour to an hour and a half. E My recent service appointment at Lexus was excellent. I waited while the service was done and was told it would take one hour to an hour and a half. Exactly one hour later, they are calling my name. I paid the bill and picked up my newly washed and serviced vehicle. I love having a clean car and always love that extra touch they do without extra charge. For those who want to wait for their car as opposed to using a loner, Westside has free access to WiFi and refreshments. Nice touch indeed! More
