You know who I am. Spoke with area manager and corporate and you still play games. I’m the guy you faked taking my trade and pretended the 5.5 hours I was there that the dealership was taking the trade by not giving me my keys and communicating any changes but proceeding to make a deal with no trade without my knowledge or permission. Shady actions by your sales managers and sales rep who opened you up to further legal action.
