Alex Chambers did a great job! I came in to buy a used car for my son that I had seen on their website. I was immediately greeted at the door with a nice smile from a salesman named Alex Chambers. He knew right away which car it was and took me to see it. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions and requests. He made the process easy and smooth. I made the decision to buy the car and told them it was a surprise for my son. He asked how he could help with the surprise by offering to fill it with balloons or add a ribbon. He went the extra mile despite me not buying brand new (much higher priced) car, and I really appreciated it! Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was excited for my son and hoped they could see his face when he saw the car! Great experience all around and especially with Alex Chambers. More

Exceptional! I truly had an exceptional experience! After visiting two other dealers, I felt like all the sale people were dishonest. Until I received a call fro I truly had an exceptional experience! After visiting two other dealers, I felt like all the sale people were dishonest. Until I received a call from Mr. Henry Reynolds. He gave me a price over the phone, I said okay I'm on my way to the dealership, but before I walked out of the house, I received another call from Mr. Reynolds saying the price he quoted me was for a different car and he didn't want me to come before knowing the correct price. I thought "Wow a honest car salesman", that small gesture sealed the deal for me. Once I made the decision on the car, I met Latoya Gardner of the finance department. She was courteous and knowledgeable on all aspects of the deal, she answered my many questions with a great deal of patience. Between the both of them, I was Wowed! More

Our salesman, Rich Gallena, was courteous, professional, helpful, and sincere. Really went out of his way to make us feel valued. I'm the director of customer service are a very busy state agency so I really appreciate great customer service. Dan the Man and Dennis Weaver (not the actor) have over 60 years experience between them and are experts on trade- ins and working the deal. Latoya, who handled the paperwork for our financing was efficient and a pleasure to work with. Side note - the upselling during the financing always makes me grumpy, but that may just be me. As far as I can tell from speaking with others, it's a common practice. I think we got a great used car for a fair price, good trade, and square deal with Toyota Financial, buts it's the great, personable customer service that brings me back. We live in Baltimore now, but I wouldn't even consider going to a closer dealer. They are worth the drive, and more! More
