Never once was pushy or over bearing. Made sure that I was making a very informed decision when purchasing my vehicle. She checked on me throughout the several hour ordeal and never once lost her patience. Even to this day she checks on me and my vehicle. I was very blessed to have her as my advocate, she made sure that it went smoothly and checked on things when we hit a stand still with process.
