When I was looking to buy Camry sales people were not helpful and were argumentative with each other. I went 30 Miles to Bristol Toyota in swansea. Much better sales and service people. Opening times helpful and were argumentative with each other. I went 30 Miles to Bristol Toyota in swansea. Much better sales and service people. Opening times listed online are incorrect, have been for several years. I brought this up to people there who said they would look into it. Even though their online presentation has been changed, the incorrect hours have NOT been changed. It inconvenient to have parts open 1hr later than service. If want very early service (7AM) and want a part,like a key, must wait till parts opens later on. More

Made process difficult because I did not finance through them. Very vague when things would be done - didn’t not give me straight answers. This is my first car and it was a very confusing process and he didn’t try to help me understand. Would not recommend to a friend. More

My family and I almost got kill I bought 2018 Toyota 4Runner SR5 in December 2019. my totally bill came up to 41070.58 dollars. when I went to pick up the car, there was a TPMS ligh I bought 2018 Toyota 4Runner SR5 in December 2019. my totally bill came up to 41070.58 dollars. when I went to pick up the car, there was a TPMS light on in the car. The dealer told me to drive around for couple days and the light will go off. after few days, the light was still there, I took the car back multiple time to address the issue. Finally said that one of my tire had a nail in it, they change that tire. when I got the car back the light came back on on my way driving home. I immediately contacted the dealer but they was giving the same excuse, "drive the car around the light will go off." I drove the car from December 2019 with the light on till April 2020. when my family and i was driving on the interstate, my car started shaking. I drove very slow and got off the interstate and pulled over. when I checked my car, the back tire was flat. I took the car to the nearest garage, and they found nail in two of the tire. After patching the tires, the light immediately went away. I am just thankful to be alive today. More

Everybody at the dealership was great. Leased another Corolla. The process was fast. We got what we wanted for a monthly payment. The only thing was they added 50 cents more then the payment we agreed on Corolla. The process was fast. We got what we wanted for a monthly payment.
