I had a seamless and peaceful time at the dealership but I was notified that my toll road for beltway 8 that the tag had gone through the EZTAG I couldn't get off my traded in car! I paid extra for the all weather floor mats in an effort to save value on my car. I bought car through James Bui. It was two months before they even ordered the floor mats and both James Bui and Darren Day to save value on my car. I bought car through James Bui. It was two months before they even ordered the floor mats and both James Bui and Darren Day lied about ordering them. The detail service was very poor as well. They left such a mess in my wifes car when we bought it. The salesman then was named Mr. Green, and he was an absolute liar. It seems nobody there is trustworthy or will put in the extra effort for their customers. I will not be getting another vehicle from that dealership. More
