We had an amazing experience at Mazda of Wesley Chapel! We were shown a few cars that were in our budget and what we wanted so it was honestly a hard choice to choose (yes, with all of the car shortages an We were shown a few cars that were in our budget and what we wanted so it was honestly a hard choice to choose (yes, with all of the car shortages and issues now with cars we had a hard time choosing). But Larry was excellent and knowledgeable about the cars. And Charlie took the time to show us all of the features and technology that our new CX9 had to offer. He went through the ENTIRE car and showed us how to work everything and he synced my phone up to the car. I have never had a car with this many features so he made sure I was able to work everything. We went to two dealerships prior to Mazda and did not have the customer service as we did at Mazda. I am so glad we went there and would recommend Mazda of Wesley Chapel to anyone who is looking for a car. More

*****HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MAZDA OF *****HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MAZDA OF WESLEY CHAPEL***** 11/9/21 I purchased a new car (Mazda MX5) in April 2021, not only a new *****HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MAZDA OF WESLEY CHAPEL***** 11/9/21 I purchased a new car (Mazda MX5) in April 2021, not only a new car, I also purchased an Extended Warranty and Tire Warranty. However, at the time of contract signing I was charged $500 for an oil change service I clearly stated I did not want. I have been to the dealership 3 times to discuss this, have sent multiple emails to the Finance Department and the General Manager and still have not received a credit to my account for the $500 charge. I have brought this to the attention of my sales person Larry Stemle, the Finance Staff Bradley Wernsing and Amanda Oetker, the Sales Manager (Rob) and the General Sales Manager Shawn Habibi. On my last visit to the dealership in early August, General Manager Shawn Habibi promised me he would issue a credit of $500 to my account. He has not answered my emails or calls and no credit has been processed as of today. More
