They had me over a barrel, but they did not take advantage. MacArthur-Long had several Maverick Lariat Hybrids. They were not available in Texas or Oklahoma (I live in OKC) and if you could find advantage. MacArthur-Long had several Maverick Lariat Hybrids. They were not available in Texas or Oklahoma (I live in OKC) and if you could find one they'd add 6-8000 to the list price. But M-L sells them for list. 1 star. Got the vehicle. 2 stars. Sell it for list price. 3rd star: they gave me a fair trade on my 2016 King Ranch, just from photos. So, I was on my way, cashier's check for the trade-in in hand. 15 miles from Salina my "low oil pressure" red light on the King Ranch started flashing. Seriously. I was either gonna have to fix that sucker and drive it back, or come up with a buncha extra money I didn't have, to pay for that unplanned engine repair. Kudos to Scott, Used Car manager. He took my trade, and I paid some extra but not nearly what it would have been if I had to pay a mechanic to fix it and, in fact, less than their cost of repair. That more than earned the 4th star. Kudos also to Marcus in sales, took great care of the whole process. We made the adjustments, took care of biz, and they had me outta there even with that mess in about 2 hours. 5 stars. Regarding the new Maverick, like wow! what an absolutely superior vehicle. 40 mpg, great ride, solid as a rock, handles great, excellent stereo, Michelin tires, very quiet cab experience. very nice. Hmmm ... that makes this a six-star rating. More

Dealing with Long McArthur was one of the worst customer service experiances I have ever had. Certified Factory Preowned means nothing to this dealership. Their service department couldnt find what was caus service experiances I have ever had. Certified Factory Preowned means nothing to this dealership. Their service department couldnt find what was causing the electrical issues any of the 5 times they had it for the same problem. Their Lincoln Concierge has no clue on what customer service is or means. They were not interested in "making us happy" like they kept saying. We got screwed because they sold us a lemon. The Sales Manager would only give us $2000 off the replacement vehicle and charged us for the mileage we had driven. Their lemon cost me money! They tried to pacify us with a Olive Garden gift card. Only after I started posting reviews did the Manager actually get involved. By then it was too late. This type of treatment is what gives car dealerships and sales people a bad name. More
