Just finished having the best car purchasing experience of my entire life with Liz, Carl Vorhauer and Jonathan Spross at Peruzzi Toyota. Liz was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with in helping of my entire life with Liz, Carl Vorhauer and Jonathan Spross at Peruzzi Toyota. Liz was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with in helping us set up our sales appointment as well as answering any preliminary questions we had. The online vehicle listing on their website was also very helpful and accurate with easy access to the vehicle's detailed Car Fax report. As soon as we arrived for our appointment, Carl was so welcoming and proactive in setting us up with our sales associate, Jonathan, even though it was clearly the busiest time of the day on an already very busy Saturday. While we were waiting, Carl was even willing to share his lunch with us which was so above and beyond our expectations! Jonathan was very personable and easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable and was very willing to answer all of our questions. He didn't come across pressuring or pushy. Thanks to the excellent, attentive team at Peruzzi we were able to get through the test drive and purchasing process in less than 2 hrs and in the end left the dealership with a pristine vehicle we will be very happy with for many years! We would definitely return to Peruzzi Toyota for our future vehicle purchases and I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone interested in a new or used vehicle. More

Sales prices was smooth but out certified pre-owned car had a gash in the front bumper that should have been fixed before it was considered certified. Had to have dealer fix this twice already (2nd time wa had a gash in the front bumper that should have been fixed before it was considered certified. Bought brand new Toyota Corolla, drove only 200 miles locally and noticed a hair crack on windshield, growing from underneath wiper area. It is very clear that crack was already there when I received the locally and noticed a hair crack on windshield, growing from underneath wiper area. It is very clear that crack was already there when I received the car. However they are not even considering all above visible facts and informed me that they can’t fix. Salesman tried to explain to GM (Mr Frank) about all this and that this is my 4th new car purchase from their dealership but GM (visibly sitting 50 feet away) didn’t even come out and meet me or look at the car, until I strongly requested. Excellent and very respectful service. I was more worried about keeping them late after 8 and this was day before Thanksgiving day and I was rushing him. He was like don't worry I can stay late and He didn't pressure me at all to buy a car even though I am girl and my own. - Mike's manager, Larry Peruzzi  was also very comforting and asked what can I do earn your business and at the same time Mike and him kept on telling that I don't want to pressure. - They tried to worked out deal with me.  - Mike really helped, answered all questions and response to my texts and phone calls immediately even I asked same questions again and again - Larry Peruzzi was talking me about financing and leaving deposit and I was bit concerned ( he wasn't coming across as pressuring at all it was just the sales personality and then he said I come across as pressuring he is like I would walk away and give you time to think about it and only if you feel comfortable then move forward with pressure) - Adam at Finance office was very nice, very comforting and didn't even force me finance with them or buy additional warranties.  He did ask me about it and when I said no. didn't bother me again and worked with my bank directly with loan process. - I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership - My family and I will buy cars from here again and again - Mike (Michael) O'Leary is the BEST.  (THANK YOU thank you thank you)THANK YOU SO MUCH MIKE, LARRY with helping the smooth car buying process.  I am so very glad I bought the car from you guys and not anywhere else.  Had the best experience :):):) compare to other dealership More
