Sales was fine. During the process sales guy was very responsive, within 5-10 minutes every text. After sale was finalized I would be lucky to get a response within the same day. No update on delivery or shipping, just had to sit quiet with my fingers crossed. Bought the vehicle no sight, so my fault there but would've expected the salesperson to point out obvious flaws like cracks in the paint, chips in the windshield, cracks in tv screen frame etc, but I look at that as more my fault for not seeing in person. I thought the price was great until I saw the vehicle in person. Well, it's my problem now not theirs. Lesson learned, all dealerships are still the same. Carvana here I come. More

I liked that you gave us a few more options after listening to what we liked and what we did not like. By the time that we were close to making up our mind, it felt like we had taken all the possibilities into consideration. When it came down to the final deal, the additional GM incentive was icing on the cake. We were both thankful knowing that the extension kit would be on the way and even better yet for the kids a few more wireless earphones. I researched this company to insure that it was a reputable business prior to my purchase of a conversion van. Although I had several issues after the purchase, I can not emphasize enough the prompt reputable business prior to my purchase of a conversion van. Although I had several issues after the purchase, I can not emphasize enough the promptness and courteousness of both Larry Oaks,( my sales rep.) and the other staff involved. The issues were resolved with the greatest professionalism and respect. I live in Maine, however, if the occassion arises that I need another vehicle at some time, I would not hesitate to take the time to fly out there again to make a purchase. Larry Oakes was very nice to me from the beginning. He understood our financial situation and went way beyond to help please us. I am wheelchair bound and I had no way of getting into the back of our van understood our financial situation and went way beyond to help please us. I just had my leg fused permanently in a surgery back in September and without this chair lift I would not be able to travel comfortably. He is a very nice man and we are very pleased with the results. More
