Sales was fine. During the process sales guy was very responsive, within 5-10 minutes every text. After sale was finalized I would be lucky to get a response within the same day. No update on delivery or shipping, just had to sit quiet with my fingers crossed. Bought the vehicle no sight, so my fault there but would've expected the salesperson to point out obvious flaws like cracks in the paint, chips in the windshield, cracks in tv screen frame etc, but I look at that as more my fault for not seeing in person. I thought the price was great until I saw the vehicle in person. Well, it's my problem now not theirs. Lesson learned, all dealerships are still the same. Carvana here I come. More

I researched this company to insure that it was a reputable business prior to my purchase of a conversion van. Although I had several issues after the purchase, I can not emphasize enough the prompt reputable business prior to my purchase of a conversion van. Larry Oakes was very nice to me from the beginning. He understood our financial situation and went way beyond to help please us. My husband did the original deal with Larry for the last van we purchased in 09. That was a good experience so he decided to try again. This time we needed one that would handle better in the snow. We had no idea they put this in a full size van . He assured him we would be very pleased with it, it would not be any higher or harder to climb in and the gas use would not be any greater.He was right on all accounts.I had never been a fan of car salesmen but after meeting Larry I had a change of heart. He knows people and his product. I was impressed that he was so down to earth and not pushy. All of the salesmen in our area make a pest of themselves all for a sale . this is a total turn-off for both of us. It's no wonder my husband decided to travel almost four hours to buy this van too. We'll be back again for the next one and possibly for a replacement for my Tahoe next year. More
