I purchased the vehicle from Larry (sales) on December 5th. I provided a payoff amount for my current vehicle, which was valid for 10 days. I followed up with Ron (management) on December 22nd, and he assured me that the payoff was processed. He said that due to the holidays, the payoff would post on my account by Friday or early next week. I went to the dealership in person on January 3rd and spoke to Richard (finance), who once again assured me that they were working on it and that they would follow up with me the following week. No one followed up with me after they said that they would. Now I owe car payments for my previous loan and my new Jeep, which has put me in a bad financial position. I do not recommend this dealership due to their lack of transparency and poor communication practices. More
