BRING A RECORDER EITH YOU THEY LIE AMD DONT KEEP THEIR WORD I am so upset the way I have been given the run around and lied to more than once. First, I told the salesman I was on a horrific car accident and ha I am so upset the way I have been given the run around and lied to more than once. First, I told the salesman I was on a horrific car accident and have no strength I. My hands. He SOLD ME A CAR WITHOUT AN AUTOMATIC TRUNK IPEM AMD S HEAVY TRUNK SUV!!! SECOND I WAS ONLY GOVEM ONE SET OF KEYS NOT TWO. THE SALESMAN AND MAMAGER PROMISED ME SND THROUGH ON ANOTHER SET OF KEYS. NOW SDKING FOR &300-&400 !!! I have a witness to this. SHAME ON THEM!!! Had an appointment to see mamager. Showed up snd he never saw me. Went three times snd promised to call. I got a call from the mamager on the salesman phone, guess they don’t know about caller ID. HE told me he will look into this and get back to me. It’s over a week and never did. I called back and found out he was fired! No one bothers yo call you OT help you especially if you’re a woman. Time to get my lawyer involved More

Online Buyer Beware- Horrible Horrible experience with them. The easiest part was signing the $36k check for a vehicle we had been looking for for over 4 years. Then comes the nightmares. We were told the them. The easiest part was signing the $36k check for a vehicle we had been looking for for over 4 years. Then comes the nightmares. We were told they would have the vehicle shipped to us since we were 5.5 hours away. They were going to send us a vehicle with 1 key. NO THANK YOU! The deal was for a car with 2 keys. Ahhh it has taken 3 weeks to get the key in from another Dealer, Manufacture or God because it should not take that long to get a blank key. Then the key is there and sits there an additional week before it is programmed for my specific car. Mind you the car has been paid for. Sales persons voice mail is full and we keep getting broken promises via text message. We were told “they didn’t have time to get to our car” WOW!!! 😡 so now I pissed. 30 days and I am still waiting on a car to appear in my driveway. After speaking with a sales manager, finance manager - no one could tell me anything, give me a status or help me get my car! Spent an entire day from 9:30am to 4pm calling the GM, Larry Jackson, only to get no call and someone telling me “it is the last day of the month, he is busy” then putting me into his voicemail for the 8th time. So my sale isn’t important and moving my car off their lot isn’t important! Umm got it! The other part of the deal was that we would split the cost of shipping the vehicle to us with the dealer. I thought that was great until I received a call from the transportation company asking for my credit card for the entire amount of the transportation cost. 😡😡 now I am really blowing up Larry’s phone only to get left on hold for 15 minutes with no receptionist even coming on the line. (Thanks Caller ID) they saw my number and had to just put me on hold until I hung up. In all of my years I never thought I would be treated this way by any company that I just gave so much money to. Where is the level of service??? I am so mad I am almost in tears. More
