Larry Francis provided exceptional service over the phone and in person as he assisted me in trading my Malibu for a Cruze. I appreciate Larry's philosophy...he treats other people like he wants to be treat and in person as he assisted me in trading my Malibu for a Cruze. I appreciate Larry's philosophy...he treats other people like he wants to be treated himself. Larry gets to know his customers through pleasant conversation, while choosing a vehicle that best meets their needs. How Larry comes across definitely shows that he enjoys the work he has chosen to do on a daily basis. He puts his whole heart into it. Keep up the good work! More

Two faced. I will never buy a car here again Sold us a junket 9/17. I put almost 1000 into it went back to them to get refund in extra coverage purchased. Manager Corey was real nice to our face, Sold us a junket 9/17. I put almost 1000 into it went back to them to get refund in extra coverage purchased. Manager Corey was real nice to our face, stabbed us in the back. Said he would evaluate our vehicle as if nothing wrong but when he low balled it he kept complaining about money he would have to put into it. Then without knowledge or consent they added 1000 to the loan for their extra warranty coverage!! Corey disappeared first chance he got and salesmen phrases were. I don’t know, I’m not sure, I can check on that! Kept saying extra warranty coverage “was included in your loan” but not telling us they had just added it in without knowledge or consent!! They will not stand behind the car they sell! Do not trust them!! More

Quality Service Excellent friendly service. We had an issue with the left blinker not wanting to turn off right after we purchased a 2018 Malibu. They were fantastic Excellent friendly service. We had an issue with the left blinker not wanting to turn off right after we purchased a 2018 Malibu. Good I guess I have bought cars from Berger since I was 16. I went and got an oil change and asked for a tire rotation. They weren’t happy. They did the tire rotation and they guy asked the girl who did the computer “if anyone else wants a tire rotation today tell them we are not doing them screw that”. I was like xxx. Then they started to complain about the customer in front of me because they had a coupon. The driver left and they were bashing him. Can you wait when a customer isn’t around. More

Out of state buyer of used Corvette After seeing a unique 2004 Commemorative Edition Lemans Blue Corvette on line I had to call this dealer in Michigan from my home in the Chicago area. After seeing a unique 2004 Commemorative Edition Lemans Blue Corvette on line I had to call this dealer in Michigan from my home in the Chicago area. Although I have always purchased my new/used vehicles locally I was connected with Larry Francis and after many discussions over the next two days we were able to agree on a deal in which I would trade in my BMW convertible for this Corvette convertible. Obviously the "agreement" was based on each others acceptance of the traded cars after I drove the 230 miles to get to their dealership. Mr. Francis was very honest, polite, patient, professional throughout the whole process. Berger Chevrolet has a very impressive used car building as well as the new car location next door. The entire process was smooth and professional. Great experience, great salesman and dealership. More

Was good but a bit confusing what door to be at. I do think that overall Berger does a great job as far as the oil change center. However there needs to be some sort of a light system or where a cus I do think that overall Berger does a great job as far as the oil change center. However there needs to be some sort of a light system or where a customer pulls up and they actually know what door to be at and then if there was a light system if it was Green and that would tell the customer visually which door to Be at and then also some way of a notification rather than having to be in your car waiting for five minutes Un sure what door to be at and then have to get out of your car go inside and ask which bay do they want you in. Also please update your web site if you are not going to have service on a Saturday as was for the Metro cruise. We went for oil change and we're notified that they were closed because of metro cruise. Spent time mileage and energy. Would have been nice as we checked the website to know that they were closed. Needless to say not happy- More

Nice to find a dealership that isn’t easy to work with and doesn’t pressure sure you into something you don’t want! More
