HOWEVER the team at Atlantic Honda were able to surpass my expectations at every level. I had the unique pleasure of interacting with many team members at Atlantic Honda: Larry Ellis, Frank Fardette, Charlie (from Finance) and Rick Alessi (GM). All of which treated me with respect, were professional, took their time to understand my needs and found the car I wanted within my budget, at an affordable price point. Larry was our salesperson and he was OUTSTANDING. Being in the in the sales/service arena myself, I know what it takes to deliver an exceptional customer service experience and I can honestly say Larry more than delivered!!! Courteous, professional, service with a smile, knowledgeable, honest and confident are just a few words I would use to describe my interactions with Larry.
