I was unsure about taking my car in for service during the pandemic. However, Boch Toyota Norwood was able to have a same day appointment, the interaction was professional and quick. I was informed they the pandemic. However, Boch Toyota Norwood was able to have a same day appointment, the interaction was professional and quick. I was informed they were backed up, however I was still out in an hour. I was able top socially distanced by sitting outside and working on the wifi which was a nice change. Thank you again for the fast, dependable service I always expect! More

I think it is unfair and not right (potentially illegal) to charge a surcharge of 3% for using a credit card. Fist in 5yrs that I’ve been charged a fee for using CC. Have been a customer since 2014, and this was my first suboptimal experience, so definitely not a bad track record. Maybe they are just having trouble adjusting to new COVID procedures, but for some reaso suboptimal experience, so definitely not a bad track record. Maybe they are just having trouble adjusting to new COVID procedures, but for some reason I ended up sitting in the waiting room for 3.5 hours while my car sat in their parking lot. It needed a new AC compressor, and I was told there was a problem with the brake pads installed during my last visit, about 1000 miles ago. I picked up the car a day later, and the new compressor was installed perfectly, but nothing was done regarding the brakes. Invoice states they blew brake dust from the area, which did not accomplish anything. The initial conversation about the wrong pads having been installed was not revisited, which is concerning, and honestly a little scary. More
