Definitely Not what I was Expecting! In my experience, buying a car is one of the worst, most stressful things to do in life. In other words, I have always hated it! I expected nothing In my experience, buying a car is one of the worst, most stressful things to do in life. In other words, I have always hated it! I expected nothing to be any different this time but I needed a car after keeping my previous car for 13 years (just to avoid the car buying process as long as possible...lol) . I saw a used GLC 300 online that was in my price and mileage range so I scheduled an appointment to test drive the car the following week. I had no intention in purchasing that day as I had several other car models that I wanted to test before I made up my mind. I was told I would meet with Ron Scherr. The moment I walked into the showroom everyone was very nice and polite (...I thought...I've seen this before...lol). But it didn't stop there. Ron was extremely personable, showed and took me for a test drive in the car I came to see. Was very thorough in his review of the car. We also discussed other cars available and lease options. The best thing was there was no pressure sales tactics going on. It was all laid out in plain English and fair. I ended up getting a good deal on a loaner lease that day. Also met with the finance guy Larry Cash who was extremely nice and knowledgeable. It was probably the best car buying experience I've had. This is my first Mercedes so I can't compare this experience with other Mercedes Dealerships but I can say that Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis is top notch. Ron Scherr and Larry Cash specifically! More

Our salesman, Brian Sturgeon, was as nice as any dealer representative we have encountered anywhere, and his tireless desire to help and easy-going demeanor truly made the total buying experience wonderful. We had been to several other dealers prior and were not at all pleased so we are very pleased to say the drive was worth it (live it Baltimore) and we will not go anywhere else. So let’s start off with the best sales person who sold me my brand new 2020 Benz SUV, and this phenomenal person goes by the name of Casey. When I walked into his office, his plethora of awards were displayed along with the countless hand written cards that all of his clients have given him. I soon got to experience Casey in his element and saw exactly how he earned and deserved every single award. Casey is personable, trustworthy, patient and knowledgeable and he didn’t rush me through the process. He didn’t try to hard sell me, instead, there was a wealth of information provided so that I could make the best decision when choosing my SUV. Thanks again Casey! Deedee- Deedee was so welcoming and helpful. She took time to chat with me while making coffee and was full of good vibes. She is such an asset because typically, the front desk receptionist is who you interact with first and she is a natural and is so kind. Adrian- I met Adrian while walking around and he spoke and took time to chat and I appreciate this. He was very polite and professional. Dean- Dean took time to access my trade in value and was a pleasure to meet as well. Larry- Larry thoroughly and patiently explained additional coverage that I would need for my vehicle. The contract signing process was a breeze and he looked out for my best interest. I appreciate you Larry. Mercedes of Annapolis has completely over excelled at everything. I wasn’t judged when I walked in, I was treated fairly, every single last person that I encountered played a major role in my decision to purchase and I am totally in love with my truck. God is great, there weren’t any mishaps or discrepancies at all. I still feel like I’m dreaming because who makes a large purchase like this and EVERYTHING goes smoothly. Me :) More
