We ordered a 2023 Explorer at the end of February 2023. Had been given a window of 60 to 90 days of when the vehicle would be in. It is day 120 and no vehicle. We have had at least 4 different salesmen, the sales manager and the inventory manager. We have received 6 different arrival dates. The past two months we have been given “it’s on a train”. It is SAD that Ford places importance on dealership orders over customer orders. We have been a FORD family for over 40 years because of this experience my next vehicle WILL NOT BE A FORD. More
