He was extremely accommodating with scheduling constraints I had and was effective in communicating status of the encountered at any auto dealership. Dealership WOULD NOT return my phone calls regarding buying the vehicle. I called 4+ times. Finally, I decided to force them to deal with me by going to the dealership.
