Great experience. Ms. Laney Glosson was very welcoming and helpful. This time my car took a bit longer to complete service but nothing too bad. The facilities and amenities are wonderful. The service coordinators need to have faster communication. It should not be the customers responsibility to reach out to service supervisors to see The service coordinators need to have faster communication. It should not be the customers responsibility to reach out to service supervisors to see if their vehicle is done. Additional recommended services should not be mentioned after the car has been completed so that it takes even longer to get done. The sales team should reach out to prior sales to see how the vehicle is doing. If there were any items that were not taken care of prior to sale. It should not be the customers responsibility to hold the dealership to their word. More
