After me requesting to see the maintenance history of the car I had just purchased 4 months prior, I was then told the service manager didn’t “like what he saw” on the history. He informed me they knew the c car I had just purchased 4 months prior, I was then told the service manager didn’t “like what he saw” on the history. He informed me they knew the car had a bad battery when I bought it and they chose to ignore it, which cost me almost $400 the first month I owned it. Then the engine leak I took it back for was a $1,200 repair that they never knew existed because they didn’t inspect the car before they sold it to me. They engine leak was repaired by them, but only after I requested to see the maintenance history. Today, after making only 6 payments, I am now spending $980 on brakes and rotors that also could have been handled had the car been inspected prior to me driving it off the lot. The lies, deceit, and poor service handling is like nothing I’ve ever experienced. I finally purchase my dream car and this is what I’m dealing with 6 months in. I don’t recommend anyone trusting them to sell a quality, inspected, used car. I will be contacting BBB about a formal complaint. More
