The work ordered included radiator fluch, brake fluid flush and transmission oil change. The truck was check in on Wednesday at 9:00 am with an estimated time of 3 hrs in the shop. At 11:00 am a piece of equipment in the shop failed (air compressor?) and an additional work time was needed to fix the equipment and finish the job. I was given a loaner car and advised to return on Thursday. I called at 10 am on Thursday and was told the work is done. I returned the loaner and paid the bill by 1 pm. Made an appointment for 8:00 am 2/7 with Landon Bates for maintenance on my Rogue. Got to dealership at 7:30 and my vehicle was taken right in.
