Landen was amazing and very helpful. I am super thrilled about the GLC-43 I purchased. It was used but looked and felt like I was the first owner. Interior was clean and flawless; and I am super thrilled about the GLC-43 I purchased. It was used but looked and felt like I was the first owner. We had an amazing experience purchasing our first Mercedes through the Farmington dealership. The atmosphere was peaceful and open. No small cubicles, no crazy back and forth negotiations. Just nice, Mercedes through the Farmington dealership. The atmosphere was peaceful and open. No small cubicles, no crazy back and forth negotiations. Just nice, clean, and simple. Our salesman, Landen Roberts, was very personable and professional. He was the only person we dealt with through the entire process. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase, but after we did he made sure we connected our phones through the Mercedes app and showed us how to navigate the touch screen. The dealership was closing but he never rushed us! We were also greeted by Diane and John. They each took a moment to introduce themselves and make sure we were comfortable. We can honestly say this was the most pleasant car-buying experience ever!! More
