Lance has been with Subaru of Gwinnett since 2010. He was honored with the Salesman of the Year for Subaru of Gwinnett in 2012 and 2013. Also in 2012 and 2013, Lance was recognized by Subaru of America with the prestigious Subaru Summit Peak Performer. Lance continues to show is passion for Subaru by driving a 2019 Subaru Outback. When Lance is not working, he loves anything to do with the outdoors and hanging out with his family. He has been married for 12 years and has a 6 year old daughter, Emily, and a 9 year old son, Ethan. Lance's son was diagnosed with autism at the age of 2, so he and his wife are strong autism advocates.

Purchased an Outback Limited 3.6R on 6/23/2012. Our purchase replaced a 2006 Outback that was "rear-ended" by a large SUV. While the 2006 Outback was totaled, we were not scratched or hurt in any way. The results of the crash helped us settle on another Outback. Lance and Jennifer made an otherwise unexpected experience pleasant and rewarding for us. I have purchased 15 vehicles over the years from numerous dealers. I can state without reservation that Subaru of Gwinnett has the most customer-oriented sales and service staff of any dealer that I have encountered. My husband and I went to your dealership to purchase a new vehicle. We were met by Lance. Lance listened to our questions showed us the vehicle that we wanted. By the time I contacted Subaru of Gwinnett i was tired of dealing with sales people, and tired of looking for a 5-door Impreza with sunroof.
