When we were told vehicle was in we were asked when we wanted to pick it up. We provided dates and times which fit our schedule. We ended up adjusting to meet the sales person's schedule. He thanked us fo wanted to pick it up. We provided dates and times which fit our schedule. We ended up adjusting to meet the sales person's schedule. He thanked us for fitting the purchase in to meet his needs/schedule. I feel with the amount of money spent on this vehicle he should have made adjustments or had an alternate sales person available to meet our schedule to pick up the vehicle. Regarding the pricing. The price of the vehicle was almost $800 more than what was originally agreed upon, it was explained to us what happened. The dealership honored the original price and the sales person apologized. This oversight took additional time for the vehicle pick up, not to mention added frustration for us to ensure we were getting the vehicle at the promised price. This is the first vehicle purchased from Kolosso. We are cautiously optimistic about the continued vehicle and customer service we will receive over the next months and years for this new vehicle. As a result we selected "No" about recommending this dealership as we are not sure at this point. More
