Had an engine replaced which was done well however, they didn’t put the hood hydraulics back properly and it almost hurt someone badly. Worst service ever, sat at the dealer ship for over 4 hrs while my car was done being serviced. Lance went home didn't bother to give our info to anyone else in the service department, when I asked about my while my car was done being serviced. Lance went home didn't bother to give our info to anyone else in the service department, when I asked about my vehicle all got was attitude because they hadn't called for me according to the service rep. When I pointed out my vehicle sitting out side they just found my keys and didn't go over the service done on the vehicle. More

This is a great dealership. I’ve only gone for oil changes because Hyundais don’t break down and you can keep them forever (I’m going on 16 years with mine). But for service, th I’ve only gone for oil changes because Hyundais don’t break down and you can keep them forever (I’m going on 16 years with mine). But for service, they get you in and out quickly and have never told me I had something wrong when I didn’t (Subaru dealership told me there was something wrong with every oil change, so this is huge). The advisors are very friendly and knowledgeable. I love this dealership. More

Lithia Hyundai of reno the best dealer in Reno. But I don't like service center not qualified for maintenance , I schedule oil change and an air filter change, but technician did not do anything at But I don't like service center not qualified for maintenance , I schedule oil change and an air filter change, but technician did not do anything at all. I gotta come back to complain about it. So much disappointed. I will never come back to do it again. Wasting my time and my money. More
